Made to order — timing

Every Maison Syvaré piece is custom-made after your quote is accepted and your deposit received. Crafting time depends on the design and will be confirmed with you personally before we begin. We will keep you informed at each stage and tell you as soon as your piece is ready.

How your piece travels

• Every piece is delivered fully insured for its full value, from our atelier to your hands.
• Delivery requires an adult signature. Packages are never left unattended.
• Packaging is discreet — nothing on the outside identifies the contents as jewelry.

Where we deliver

We deliver internationally. Delivery options, timing, and any applicable customs duties or taxes for your destination are confirmed with you as part of your quote — there are no surprise charges at delivery.

Delivery cost

Insured delivery is complimentary on every Maison Syvaré piece.

If something goes wrong

In the unlikely event a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the piece is covered by our insurance — contact us immediately at [Your contact email] and we will make it right. Risk passes to you only when the piece is signed for.
